Set up in 2007 by three couples from the north east of England, Joes Villas is a new villa rental company with villas in Gran Canaria. We love villa holidays and decided to offer like minded people, looking for exclusive luxury villas with exceptional customer service, the opportunity to experience what we imagined a real villa holiday should be all about.

No expense has been spared and no stone unturned in our approach to ensure your villa holiday will not only be one you will remember for life, but a villa holiday you will want to return to with your friends and family so they can encounter the Joes Villas experience too.

Every villa has its own private pool surrounded with luxury loungers and towels. All have top quality newly fitted air conditioning and quality furnishing throughout with everything you would ever need and more. For example, as standard, we include Sky TV, PC with broadband access, Sony PS3, Nintendo WII, DVD player, music system. Cots, buggies, high chairs, play pens and a full range of toys to suit all ages are also included at no extra cost.

All our villas are equipped with an welcome/information pack, which includes contact telephone numbers and helpful tips for your holiday. We also include a mobile phone for your convenience to contact us at any time. The phone also contains all the main emergency numbers should you require them and a telephone number for a taxi, all of which have been pre entered into the phone.
